The Monitor 20 is the professional version of the Harbeth HL-P3ES. Extensively used in personal near field applications, the Monitor 20 has exactly the attributes that make it perfect for monitoring in miniature.
The long-throw 5.25 inch bass/mid driver is shielded, so that the Monitor 20 can be used adjacent to Grade 1 colour picture monitors and develops remarkable bass authority at realistic listening levels without distortion. Internally, the complex multi-element crossover correctly adjusts the baffle step, balances the total spectral balance from 100Hz right through the audio band, and seamlessly introduces the tweeter at 3kHz. |
